π¦ 1. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
1.1 Satisfaction Guarantee (Non-Defective Returns)
For purchases made through hisong.ai or authorized U.S. retailers, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery if:
β The product is unused and in original packaging β All accessories are included β You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days following product inspection. Return shipping costs may apply unless HISONG confirms a quality-based return.
1.2 Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
If the product arrives with manufacturing defects, functional failure, or visible damage, HISONG will:

HISONG will provide repair, replacement, or component service depending on the issue.

β Accidental or cosmetic damage (drops, liquid, cracks)
β Unauthorized repairs, modification, root access or disassembly
β Normal wear-and-tear items (foam, cables, silicone hooks)
β Issues caused by third-party accessories
